PINKちゃんねるのサイトポリシー （日本語版）
1. PINK ちゃんねる（以下「本 BBS」といいます）は、NT Technology, Inc.（以下「会社」といいます）により所有され、Jim Watkins（以下「Jim」といいます）により運営されており、Jim は本 BBS の運営者であり、会社の所有者です。本 BBS の運用及び活動は、ボランティア（以下「ボランティア」といいます）により部分的にサポートされています。ボランティアは、適宜、本 BBS のユーザーから選ばれるものとします。
ボランティアのいかなる者であれ、本 BBS のコンテンツ又は何等かのものから生じる、パフォーマンス、運用または活動に関連するいかなる問題についても責任を負いません。
Jim は、上記について完全に責任を負うものとします。
本 BBS はアメリカ合衆国の法律及び規制に基づき運用されています。ユーザー及びボランティアの全ては、適用法、規則、規制、規制ガイドライン及び自主規制ガイドライン（本 BBS の各板のローカルルール、ユーザーが居住する地域の法律及び規則、並びに本 BBS をホストするサーバーが設置されている地域の法律及び規制を含みますが、これらに限定されません）（以下総称して「規則」といいます）の全てを遵守するものとします。
ユーザー及びボランティアが、本 BBS の利用を通じて規則を遵守しない場合、Jim は責任を負わないものとします。
ボランティアは、付与されている権利及び資格情報を使用しないことについて、責任を負いません。
ボランティアは、Jim 及び/又はその被指名人の指示に従うものとします。
2. 本 BBS は、5ch.net （以下「5 ちゃんねる」といいます）の運用方法及び/又はアーキテクチャと同じ及び/又は類似のものを使用することを許可されています。そのうちのいくつかのものは、支払い及び/義務を負うことなく本BBSに所与されていますが、このことは、5 ちゃんねるのいかなる権利（知的所有権を含みますがこれに限定されません）を侵害するものでもないものとします。本 BBS の管理/運用チームは、本 BBS 上の活動全てに責任を負うものとし、5 ちゃんねるは、本 BBS の問題のいかなるものにも責任を負いません。
注意: 本 BBS 及び 5 ちゃんねるは、各々、異なる会社により運営され所有されています。
3. Jim は、以下の場合において、あらゆる外部のウェブサイトからのアクセスをブロックする権利を有します。（i）かかるウェブサイトが、本 BBS のコンテンツを収集/クロールしようとする場合、及び（ii）かかるウェブサイトが、本 BBS を攻撃しようとする場合。

PINK Channel Site Policy (English)
1. Pink Channel (“this BBS”) is owned by NT Technology, Inc. (“Company”) and operated by Jim Watkins (“Jim”), who is the administrator of this BBS and the owner of the Company.
The operations and activities of this BBS are partially supported by Volunteers (“Volunteer”).
Volunteers shall be selected from the user of this BBS (“User”) as applicable.
Any of Volunteers is not responsible for any issues related to the performance, operation or activities of the service that arise from this BBS content or whatsoever.
Jim shall be responsible for those above entirely.
This BBS is being operated under the law and regulations of the Unites States. All the Users and Volunteers shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidelines and self regulatory guidelines (including without limitation to local rules of each board of this BBS, laws and regulations of the area in which the users reside, and laws and regulations of the area of which the servers which host this BBS are located) (collectively, “Rules”).
Jim shall not be responsible if Users and Volunteers are not comply with the Rules throughout the use of this BBS.
Volunteers are not responsible for not using the rights and credentials which were given to them.
Volunteers shall follow all the directions of Jim and/or his designee.
2. This BBS is allowed to use the same and/or similar architectures and/or method of operation of 5ch.net (“5Channel”). Some of them are given to this BBS without any payment and/or obligation, however, this shall not infringe any of the rights (including but not limited to the Intellectual property rights) of 5Channel. The administration/operation team of this BBS shall be accountable for all the activities on this BBS, 5Channel shall not be responsible for any issue of this BBS.
Note: This BBS and 5Channel are operated and owned by the different company respectively
3. Jim shall have the right to block access from any external website if (i) such website(s) is trying to collect/ crawl the content on this BBS, and (ii) such website(s) is trying to attack this BBS.
